The Anatomical Studies of Leonardo da Vinci, a new exhibit on display on the 3rd floor of Lister Hill Library of the Health Sciences, traces the various stages of Leonardo’s anatomical studies and puts his work within the context of contemporary and subsequent anatomical and physiological understanding.

This UAB Libraries technology workshop will provide an introduction to modeling for 3D printing using the free browser-based design software TinkerCAD. TinkerCAD is easy-to-use design software that does not require any previous knowledge of modeling, programming, or 3D printing. Beginners and interested individuals with no previous experience in this area are highly encouraged to attend. These sessions are open to anyone with a valid Blazer ID and password, including students, faculty, and staff. The content of each session in this series will be the same. Participants are welcome to attend multiple sessions.

Expect a short period of delay in full-text article linking through some databases and resources during the weekend of Friday, May 31, to Monday, June 3, as UAB Libraries transitions to a single link resolver. Currently, UAB Libraries is running two systems to link to full-text articles. With the new system, all full-text content linking will go through our Alma/Primo catalog and discovery tool by ExLibris.
