In 1982 Dr. Holley published The History of Medicine in Alabama, some material in this collection appear to have been collected by or for Dr. Holley during his research for this publication. Additional materials may have been assembled by the archivist of the now-defunct Jefferson County Medical Society/UAB Health Sciences Archives. |
