This collection features personal accounts, video/audio productions and news-related articles documenting the COVID-19 Pandemic and its impact on the UAB community. Some of the items received thus far include the personal diary of a UAB scientist traveling from Antarctica when the pandemic hit, recollections of healthcare workers from the School of Optometry, Department of Surgery and the MICU while caring for patients or implementing preventative safety measures, and even photographs from a socially-distanced date.
