The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Libraries seeks a creative, enthusiastic, and service-oriented professional for the position of Composition and Student Success Liaison.

Reporting to the Head of the Mervyn H. Sterne Library Department of Research and Learning, the person in this position will contribute to the expansion of a student-centered information literacy program for first-year writing students by designing, creating, coordinating, teaching, and assessing instruction for freshman composition courses. The position will also provide liaison, outreach, programming, and support to academic and nonacademic units such as UAB Athletics, USGA, TRIO Academic Services, and the UAB Career Center.

This is a 12-month non-tenure track faculty position.
