UAB Libraries have added a new list of frequently asked questions for users in response to the new measures being taken by the university to stop the spread of COVID-19.

While the library building may be closed, we are still providing many of our services online.

Please be advised that the practice of social distancing is being encouraged to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, UAB Libraries will temporarily suspend usage of study rooms (both group and individual) from Saturday, March 14, through Sunday, March 22, at which time we will reassess. Prior to reopening the rooms, we will work with Building Services to ensure the areas are cleaned.

The virtual reality studios in Sterne Library and Lister Hill Library will be closed from Monday, March 16 through Tuesday, March 24.
